UNISCAPE, as Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13th and 14th of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also only “GDPR”) hereby informs you that your personal data may be processed by us for the following purposes and with the following method.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED: The personal data we may collect and process are: personal details, pictures, video, records of your voice).

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING: Personal data we may collect and process will be handle with analogical and/or with digital/electronic means for the purposes indicated above (allowed subscribers and organizers who couldn’t participate at the Event to replay the video at a later time) but not for promotional and advertising purposes. No personal data will be widespread Legal Basis and Nature of provision: The legal base for processing your personal data is your consent. The provision of the data is free; therefore, any refusal will make impossibile for the undersigned company to use your image or your voice for the previous purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time without formalities. If I don’t allow UNISCAPE to use the Materials it will determine the impossibility to speak and to be filmed during the Event so I should turn off camera and microphone of my device or – if I can’t or I don’t’ want to – I can’t participate to this Event.

Data retention period: The data will be stored for the period of 12 months and in any case until your consent is withdrawn. Recipients of personal data: The data will be processed by authorized persons, duly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Some of the information may be communicated or made visible to the following subjects: Companies for the assistance and maintenance of information systems or IT storage system providers; Other bodies or companies that perform instrumental activities to the aim pursued. Your rights: We also inform you that, as Data Subject, you can exercise the rights established by the CHAPTER III of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (below ”Regulation”) at any time writing at this email address: info@uniscape.eu. In particular, you have the right, to access to your personal data, to rectify, to erase or to integrate them, to restrict the processing, to receive the data in a commonly used and machine-readable format, to object all or in part to the use of the data as well as to exercise the other right provided by the applicable discipline. Pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, you have also the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if you consider that the data processing infringes the Regulation.
